Our CCRs are highly trained on your products to provide knowledgeable, courteous and friendly service to your customers. Utilizing our high-speed computer system with a variety of look-up methods, the CCR can quickly locate an order and take whatever action necessary to assist your customer via phone call or e-mail. The CCR can trace a package at the click of a button to inform the customer of delivery times.

All activities on your behalf are logged and are available for reporting purposes so we can analyze why your customer are contacting customer service. Automatic letter writing and e-mail services helps assist in notifying your customers when required. In addition to in-bound customer service we also offer outbound service when necessary to contact your customer for a specific reason.

Customer records may be stored indefinitely on-line, purged or transferred to storage media or provided to you on a regular basis or on demand.

Order Processing

We can process orders from just about any source, electronically or manually. Electronic orders can originate from your computer, a call center or any other source. Orders can be sent to us via bulletin board, email, FTP server or removable media.

We can provide automatic shipping processing either by campaign or by order. By campaign means every customer gets the same item/items in a time frame specified by the campaign. By order means every customer can get exactly what they want in the exact time frame they need! We can process any combination of items, up-sells, cross sells, quantity or pricing, including catalog orders.

Transaction Processing

We provide data entry for credit card and check orders. Checks are tallied and verified against totals after data entry. Complete audit trails and security are maintained. Daily cash deposit reports are provided.

Once orders are received, our computer system processes the orders and they are ready for transmission to the bank clearing network for settlement into your Merchant Account. Once the credit card orders are authorized, shipping documents are printed and sent to the warehouse ready for picking, packing and shipment.
